The SupportLine solution has one goal and that is to help our partners deliver remarkable and profitable services despite unreliable customer networks. Customer side problems threaten scalability as support technicians spend most of their time proving issues are not the fault of their technology. We know this through and through because our team has decades of experience in successfully, delivering IT cloud applications. However, The one thing that always bothered us though was the missing / forgotten piece of the cloud architecture…the customer side.
